We all carry a vision of our future self — strong, capable, mobile.
But how many of us are actually building towards it?

For many, self-care feels like a contradiction. Especially when you’re holding so much — a family, a career, a household.
It can feel indulgent to take time for yourself. But without tending to your own health, you simply can’t keep showing up at your best.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Broadgate Chiropractic Clinic in Leeds to reframe self-care — not as escape, but as strategy.
Starting Thursday, July 24th, we’re launching a 5-day digital series across social media to mark International Self-Care Day.
Together, we’ll deliver practical tools to help you build long-term resilience, one day at a time.
Katie Sykes, Broadgate’s Practice Manager said:
“We’re delighted to be partnering with Still. on this campaign because this allows us to leverage their expertise in health, nutrition, and fitness, providing our audiences with credible information and resources. Together, we can inspire people to prioritise their health and well-being.”
What to Expect
This isn’t a detox. It’s not about indulgence or surface-level “wellness.” It’s about foundational systems — and the small, daily actions that shape how you age.
Across five days, the Still x Broadgate Self-Care Series will focus on five essential pillars of sustainable health:
Day 1: Prioritise Posture
“Posture isn’t just about standing tall,” says Dr. Hannah Beaumont, co-founder of STILL.

“It’s how your body ages. It impacts spinal health, organ function, and movement quality.”
Together, we’ll explore how subtle shifts in alignment influence everything from your nervous system to longevity.
If you want to discover if your posture is ageing you faster, take our free 3 min test.
Day 2: Move with Intention
Our bodies are made to move — but how we move matters.
Still co-founder Sam Guest explains:
“Good form is non-negotiable. It protects joints, preserves energy, and it starts from the ground up — with your feet.”

We’ll share insights into sustainable movement patterns that support long-term performance, not just daily workouts.
Day 3: Sleep is a Strategy
Sleep is where healing happens.
We’ll look at the musculoskeletal factors that impact rest — including jaw tension, spinal alignment, and nasal vs. mouth breathing.
Simple habits like mouth taping at night or gentle spinal release can shift your body into a deeper state of recovery.
Day 4: Hydrate & Nourish
Nutrition isn’t just about macros — it’s about tissue health.
Broadgate’s focus on joint hydration pairs with STILL’s functional nutrition approach to support the connective tissues that keep you mobile, strong, and pain-free.
Day 5: Reset with Breath
Stress lives in the spine.
We’ll explore how extended exhales activate the vagus nerve, reduce muscular tension, and down regulate the nervous system.
Breath is not just emotional — it’s structural. And when paired with spinal care, it becomes a powerful tool for recovery.
More Than a Moment
This five-day journey is a nudge — a recalibration.
But real transformation takes time.

The STILL_not done Programme is our deeper container for change.
Over six weeks, you’ll move through a system designed to reverse biological age, improve cognitive and physical energy, and rebuild the body you want to grow older in.
Follow STILL. and Broadgate Chiropractic from July 24–28 for insights, actions, and science-backed strategies to invest in the only thing that carries you through life: your body.
Because you’re not done.
And neither are we.
