We measure your biological age on Day 1 and Day 42. Using a multi-domain testing series—spanning strength, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, balance, mobility, reaction time, and more to discover your true biological age.
The tests are non invasive and are performed at our local gym. The whole process takes about 30 mins.
